Consultant
Ideal for entrepreneurs who need a strategic plan for their business without ongoing involvement. The focus is on creating a solid business plan without the need for detailed execution plans; no personal wealth plan is needed. The entrepreneur and management team have the resources and experience to implement the plan themselves. Quarterly business planning and review meetings are sufficient. The entrepreneur is satisfied with a 48-hour communication turnaround time for any non-urgent queries.

Coach
Perfect for businesses needing more regular interaction and support. After creating a detailed strategic plan, the CFO will be proactively engaged. The CFO will meet with the business owner(s) but not their team members. Monthly meetings facilitate quick interventions and ongoing support. The CFO can attend external meetings with lenders and investors, coach the business owners in execution, and provide prioritized communication.

Partner
Designed for businesses requiring intensive and continuous support. The CFO becomes immersed in your business. As a true partner, they are deeply involved in the business on a weekly, if not daily, basis. They provide proactive advice, handle both internal and external communications, and lead execution on key projects. This package includes daily financial reports with key metrics, high-priority communication channels, and an annual review of personal financial wealth to align business and personal goals. When necessary, the CFO can also support growth through M&A.
